Common Questions

What is the difference between a Doubt Session and Backlog Removal? ▼
A Doubt Session is for specific questions or concepts you're stuck on — best when you've studied a topic but have specific problems. A Backlog Removal Session is for topics you never studied or missed entirely — the teacher covers the complete topic from scratch including notes and practice questions.
How quickly will my session be confirmed? ▼
We confirm your session on WhatsApp within 1 hour of your booking. For same-day bookings, please book at least 3 hours in advance.
Who will be my teacher? ▼
All sessions are conducted by IIT alumni from Magnitude's faculty team. Your teacher will be matched to your subject and exam target. If you have a preference, mention it in the booking form or on WhatsApp.
Will I get notes or recordings after the session? ▼
Yes! For Doubt Sessions, you get a recording of the class. For Backlog Removal Sessions, you also get handwritten/PDF notes and a DPP sheet to practice the topic independently after the class.
What if I need to reschedule? ▼
No problem. Just WhatsApp us at least 2 hours before your session time and we'll reschedule at no extra charge.
Can I book sessions in Hindi? ▼
Absolutely. All sessions are available in Hindi, English, or Hinglish. Select your preferred medium in the booking form.
